§2. Assortment and Product Availability
- Assortment: On our website, you can explore a wide range of white weapons, including swords designed for both tournament duels and other purposes.
- Product Availability: Each product is available for individual order, which can be placed through the "Contact" tab or other available forms of contact. Customers can request photos and detailed dimensions of available products or place an order for completely new items tailored to their individual needs.

§3. Sales Conditions
- Order Placement Process: Orders should be placed through the "Contact" tab or other available forms of contact. The message should include all key information regarding the order. After order confirmation, changes can only be made before production begins.
- Payment Terms: We accept payments via traditional bank transfer, PayPal transfer, or cash on delivery. The total amount to be paid will be provided before confirming the order. Payment should be made after receiving photos and confirming the order.
- Order Fulfillment: The order fulfillment process begins after all details are confirmed. The standard fulfillment time is typically 2 weeks. The fulfillment time may be extended depending on the size of the order or the number of other orders. The earliest possible shipping date will be determined during contact with the customer.

§4. Delivery and Receipt of Goods
- Delivery Methods: Shipments within Poland are made exclusively via Polish Post. Personal pickup is also possible. International shipments are sent by priority mail to shorten the delivery time. Up to 5 swords can be shipped in one package. The customer is required to provide the exact delivery address, as no changes can be made after the shipment is sent.
- Delivery Costs: Delivery costs within Poland start at 40 PLN and depend on the weight of the package. Delivery to the European Union starts at 80 PLN, depending on the weight of the package. Delivery outside the European Union starts at 100 PLN, depending on the weight of the package.
- Delivery Time and Goods Receipt Rules: After the package is sent, the customer will receive a tracking number along with a tracking code. The delivery time within Poland usually takes 2 business days. The delivery time within the European Union usually takes 7 business days. The delivery time outside the European Union usually takes 10-14 business days.

§5. Returns and Complaints
- Return Conditions: The customer has the right to return the product within 14 days of receiving the shipment. The returned product must be unused, with no signs of use. To return an item, an email must be sent to contact@forgedswords.pl, providing the reason for the return and whether the customer wants a replacement product or a refund.
- Complaint Filing: Complaints should be submitted via email to contact@forgedswords.pl or by post to: Bartosz Tylko Forged Swords, Dębowa 4, 29-100 Włoszczowa, Poland. The complaint submission should include the customer’s name, order number, purchase date, description of the defect, and, if possible, photos of the product.
- Conditions for Accepting Complaints: Complaints are accepted in case of manufacturing defects, mechanical damage caused during transport, or non-compliance with the product as agreed upon. Complaints will not be accepted for damage resulting from improper use, maintenance, or modification by the customer.
- Complaint Resolution Procedure: After receiving the complaint, the customer will receive confirmation of its acceptance and information about the next steps. The complaint will be resolved within 14 business days from the date of receipt. In case the product needs to be sent for assessment, this period may be extended by the time needed for delivery.
- Decisions and Actions: If the complaint is deemed justified, the customer has the right to a repair, replacement with a new product, price reduction, or withdrawal from the agreement and refund of the full product value. If the complaint is rejected, the customer will be informed about the reasons for the decision and has the opportunity to appeal.
- Complaint Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product. In case of a justified complaint, these costs will be refunded to the customer. The cost of sending the new or repaired product back to the customer will be covered by the seller.

§6. Warranty
- Warranty Conditions: We provide a one-year warranty for all goods, starting from the purchase date.
- Warranty for Forged Blades: We provide a one-year warranty for forged blades covering breakage during combat. The warranty does not cover:
- Blades with engravings, etchings, or other decorations not made by the manufacturer
- Chipping of the blade due to impact
- Warping or twisting of the blade
- Loosening of the handle due to normal use
- Loosening of the guard due to normal use
- Reporting Defects: If a defect is found in the product, the customer must immediately inform the store via email or phone.
- Contact and Delivery Details: Within 2 business days, we will contact the customer to arrange the delivery of the defective product to the store. Shipments not agreed upon with the store employee will not be accepted.
- Warranty Repair Time: The warranty repair time is 14 business days from the day after the defective product is delivered to the service facility. In special cases, the repair time may be extended, and the customer will be notified via email.
- Product Replacement: If the product is beyond repair, a new, identical sword will be sent within 14 business days after receiving the defective product.
- Transport Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the defective product to the store. The cost of sending the repaired product back to the customer will be covered by the service provider. The delivery method may be chosen by either the customer or the service provider, but the sender must inform the recipient about the chosen delivery method.

- Warnings: Swords with sharp blades are tools that can cause serious injuries if used improperly. Never use a sword for purposes other than its intended use. We recommend wearing appropriate personal protective equipment, such as gloves and protective goggles. Ensure that the sword is used in a safe and adequately secured environment to avoid accidental injuries.
