Shipping and Order Processing

Swords in Stock

All swords listed in the “Swords in Stock” section are already completed and ready for shipment. Before dispatch, each sword is carefully inspected, prepared, and securely packaged to ensure it arrives safely.

Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Made-to-Order Swords

Swords created specifically for a customer are usually completed within 30 business days.

Because every sword is handcrafted individually, the exact production time may vary depending on the complexity of the order, requested specifications, and current workload.

During festival periods or times of increased demand, production times may be extended. In such cases, we will inform you individually when placing your order.

Delivery Time

Delivery usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on the destination country and selected shipping service.

Please note that international shipments may take longer due to customs procedures or local postal services.

Shipping Options

We offer various delivery methods, from economical to express shipping, allowing you to choose the option that best suits your needs.

Order Tracking

DPD - An automatic email containing the tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Polish Post - The tracking number will be sent manually by email after the shipment has been dispatched.

If you have not received your tracking number, please contact us. We will be happy to assist you.

Change of Delivery Address

A delivery address can be changed as long as the package has not yet been dispatched.

If you need to update your address, please contact us as soon as possible by email or phone.

International Shipping

We ship swords worldwide.

Average delivery time outside the EU: 10–14 business days.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or other local charges. These costs are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Shipping Costs

Poland: from 40 PLN, depending on package weight and dimensions.
European Union: from 80 PLN.
Countries outside the EU: from 150 PLN.

The final shipping cost will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

Returns and Refunds

At Forged Swords, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with your sword, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

How to Make a Return

Please contact us before sending any return to receive detailed instructions.

Returns are accepted only if the product:

remains in its original condition,
has not been used, modified, or damaged.

The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer unless the return is caused by our mistake, for example an incorrect product or defective item.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days from receiving the returned product.

Customized Swords

Swords made specifically according to customer requirements, including individual dimensions, technical specifications, or personalized appearance, cannot be returned or cancelled, in accordance with Article 38, point 3 of the Consumer Rights Act.

Before shipping a customized sword, we provide detailed photographs and measurements of the finished product for customer approval. This allows the customer to confirm that the final sword meets their expectations before delivery.
