1.3 Customer Definition
A “Customer” is a natural person with full or limited legal capacity, a legal person, or an organizational unit using the Website and purchasing products offered by the Seller.
§2. Assortment and Availability
2.1 The offer includes:

tournament swords,
-
collector’s swords,
-
swords made according to individual customer requirements.
2.2
Products may be available from stock or made to individual customer orders.
2.3
For made-to-order swords, we provide the customer with final photos and dimensions for approval before shipment.
2.4
Personalization options are available upon prior arrangement.
2.5
Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor differences in appearance, finish, or dimensions may occur. These are a natural characteristic of handcrafted items and are not considered defects.
§3. Placing Orders and Payments
3.1
Orders may be placed via the contact form, email, or phone.
3.2
An order requires confirmation of product specifications and details by the Customer.
3.3
For orders of up to 5 swords, full payment is required after acceptance of the final specifications, photos, and dimensions of the product.
3.4
For orders of more than 5 swords, a 30% deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid before shipment.
3.5
Available payment methods:

PayPal,

cash on delivery (available upon request).
§4. Execution and Deadlines
4.1
Standard production time for made-to-order swords is up to 30 business days.
4.2
The production time may be extended in cases such as:
a) a large number of orders,b) participation in festivals or events,c) individual modifications or complex requirements.
4.3
The customer will be informed about the expected shipping date after finalization of the order.
§5. Delivery and Personal Collection
5.1 Shipping
We offer shipping:

within Poland and the European Union via DPD courier or Polish Post,
-
outside the EU via Polish Post or other available shipping services depending on destination.
The maximum number of swords in one package depends on their weight, dimensions, and shipping requirements.
5.2 Shipping Costs

Poland: from 40 PLN, depending on package weight and dimensions.

European Union: from 80 PLN, depending on package weight and dimensions.
-
Countries outside the EU: from 120 PLN, depending on package weight and dimensions.
5.3 Delivery Time

Poland: approximately 2 business days.

European Union: approximately 7 business days.
-
Outside the EU: approximately 10–14 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on customs procedures and local delivery services.
5.4 Personal Collection
Personal collection is possible only after prior arrangement at:
ul. Dębowa 4, Włoszczowa, Poland.
§6. Complaints and Returns
6.1 Returns
The Customer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receiving the goods without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
The returned product must:

be unused,
-
remain in its original condition,
-
not show signs of modification or damage.
Return requests should be submitted via email:
The Customer should indicate whether they request:

replacement with a new product,
-
refund.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to swords made according to individual customer specifications, including customized dimensions, technical modifications, or personalized appearance, in accordance with Article 38, point 3 of the Consumer Rights Act.
6.2 Complaints
The complaint reporting deadline is 14 calendar days from delivery.
Complaints should include:

description of the defect,
-
photos showing the issue,
-
order details including name, order number, and purchase date.
Complaints are accepted in cases of:
-
manufacturing defects,
-
transport damage,
-
non-compliance with the order.
Complaints resulting from:
-
improper use,
-
modifications made by the Customer,
-
incorrect maintenance,
are not accepted.
Complaint reports should be submitted via email:
6.3 Complaint Procedure and Deadlines
The Customer sends the product after prior arrangement with the Seller.
Complaint resolution takes place within 14 calendar days from receiving the returned product.
If the complaint is accepted, the Seller may provide:

repair,
-
replacement,
-
price reduction,
-
refund.
The cost of returning the complained product is initially covered by the Customer. If the complaint is accepted, the Seller covers repair and return shipping costs.
§7. Warranty
7.1
The warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase and covers material and workmanship defects.
7.2 Special Rules for Blades
The warranty covers blade breakage occurring during intended use, including historical fencing and combat activities performed according to safety rules.
The warranty does not cover:

damage caused by improper use,
-
unauthorized modifications,
-
sharpening, repairs, or alterations performed by the Customer or third parties,
-
damage caused by lack of proper maintenance,
-
normal wear resulting from use.
7.3 Warranty Procedure
Warranty claims should be submitted via email or phone.
We respond within 2 business days to arrange delivery details.
Repair time is up to 14 business days from the day after receiving the product.
If repair is impossible, the product will be replaced with a new item within 14 business days from receiving the returned product.
Shipping costs:

delivery to the Seller: Customer,

return shipment after warranty service: Seller.
§8. Personal Data Protection
8.1
The administrator of personal data in accordance with GDPR is:

8.2
Personal data is processed for:

8.3

§9. Safety and Age Restrictions
9.1
Swords should only be used according to their intended purpose and with appropriate safety precautions, including protective equipment such as gloves and eye protection.
9.2
Sales are available only to adults aged 18 or older.
In case of doubt, the Seller reserves the right to request proof of age before completing the order.
§10. Final Provisions
10.1
The Seller reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions. The updated version becomes effective on the date of publication on the Website.
10.2
The applicable law is Polish law. Consumer rights arising from applicable European Union regulations remain unaffected.
10.3
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
10.4
A copy of these Terms and Conditions is available online. Customers are encouraged to save or print the document.
10.5
The sales contract is concluded when the order is confirmed by the Seller.
10.6
Responsibility for the product transfers to the Customer upon delivery of the goods.
10.7
The Customer is responsible for providing accurate personal information and making payments within the agreed deadlines.
