Shipping and delivery
Shipping and Order Processing
Order processing time: All orders for swords purchased from the “Currently Available Swords” tab are processed within 1–3 business days.
Processing time for personalized orders: Swords made to order are usually completed within **up to 14 business days**. During festival periods or when there is an increase in orders, the processing time may be extended – we will inform you individually when placing your order.
Delivery time: Delivery typically takes 2 to 7 business days, depending on the chosen shipping method and location.
Shipping options: We offer various delivery methods – from economical to express – to best suit your needs.
Order Tracking
- DPD – an automatic email with the tracking number will be sent to the address provided when placing the order.
- Polish Post – the tracking number will be sent manually to your email after the shipment is dispatched.

Change of Delivery Address
Yes, it is possible to change the shipping address, as long as the package has not been dispatched yet. In this case, please contact us as soon as possible by email or phone.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide, including to the USA and countries outside the European Union.
- The average delivery time outside the EU is 10–14 business days.
- Note: international orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes – these are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in the order price or shipping cost.
Shipping Costs
- Poland: from 40 PLN, depending on the weight and dimensions of the package.
- European Union: from 80 PLN.
- Countries outside the EU (including the USA): from 120 PLN.
The final shipping cost will be calculated and displayed during the order process.
Returns
At Forged Swords, we care about the complete satisfaction of our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
How to make a return:
Please contact us before making a return to receive detailed instructions. We only accept returns if the product:

is in original condition,

shows no signs of use or damage.
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our fault (e.g., wrong product received or defective goods).
The refund will be made within 14 days from the moment we receive the returned shipment.
Customized products
Swords made to special order – with individual dimensions, technical details, or personalized appearance – are not subject to return, in accordance with Article 38, point 3 of the Consumer Rights Act.
Before shipping the customized product, we send the customer detailed photos and dimensions for approval to ensure that the sword meets their expectations.
