§ 1. General Information

1.3. “Customer” = a natural person (full or limited capacity to perform legal actions), legal person, or organizational unit using the Website.

§ 2. Assortment and Availability

2.1. The offer includes:

tournament swords,
collector's swords,
products made to individual orders.

2.2. All products are made to order.

2.3. Before execution, we send photos and dimensions to the customer for approval.

2.4. Personalization options available upon prior arrangement.

§ 3. Placing Orders and Payments

3.1. Orders are accepted via the contact form, email, or phone.

3.2. An order requires confirmation of specifications by the Customer.

3.3. Payment for orders of up to 5 swords – payment order after acceptance of photos/dimensions.

3.4. For orders of more than 5 swords – a 30% deposit.

3.5. Payment methods: traditional bank transfer, PayPal, cash on delivery (upon request).

§ 4. Execution and Deadlines

4.1. Standard execution time: 2–4 weeks (simplified to a range).

4.2. The deadline may be extended in case of:

a) a large number of orders,

b) trips to festivals,

c) individual modifications.

4.3. The customer is informed about the expected shipping date upon finalization of the order.

§ 5. Delivery and Personal Collection

5.1. Shipping:

within Poland and the EU – by DPD courier or Polish Post (up to 6 swords),
outside the EU - Polish Post (up to 6 swords)
The maximum number of swords in a package depends on their weight and size

5.2. Shipping costs:

Poland: from 40 PLN (depending on the weight of the package).
EU: from 80 PLN (depending on the weight of the package).
outside the EU: from 120 PLN (depending on the weight of the package).

5.3. Delivery time:

Poland: approx. 2 business days,
EU: approx. 7 days,
Outside the EU: 10–14 business days.

5.4. Personal collection is possible only after prior arrangement at ul. Dębowa 4, Włoszczowa.

§ 6. Complaints and Returns

6.1. Returns:

The customer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.
The goods must be unused.
Return request via email: contact@forgedswords.pl.
The customer indicates in the request the form: new product or refund.

6.2. Complaints:

Deadline for reporting: 14 calendar days from delivery.
Reporting: description of the defect + photos + order details (name, number, purchase date).
Complaints are accepted in case of manufacturing defects, transport damage, or non-compliance.
We do not accept complaints resulting from improper use, modifications by the customer, or maintenance defects.
Complaint reports should be submitted via email: contact@forgedswords.pl.

6.3. Procedure and deadlines:

The customer delivers the goods after arranging with the service.
Complaint resolution: within 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods.
In case of complaint approval – repair, exchange, price reduction, or refund.
The cost of returning the complained goods is borne by the customer; in case of approval – the cost of repair/shipping is borne by the seller.

§ 7. Warranty

7.1. Warranty: 12 months from the date of purchase for material and workmanship defects.

7.2. Special rules for blades:

Covers breaks during combat.
Does not cover unauthorized decorations, blade damage, deformations, looseness resulting from wear.
Does not cover breaks or cracks resulting from improper use.

7.3. Procedure:

Report via email or phone.
Response within 2 business days to arrange delivery details of the product.
Repair time — 14 business days from the next day after delivery.
Replacement with a new item in case of irreparability – within 14 business days from receiving the complained goods.
Shipping costs to the store: customer, back – seller.

§ 8. Personal Data Protection

8.1. Administrator in accordance with GDPR: Bartosz Tylko Forged Swords.

8.2. Data processed for the purpose of order execution, payment, complaint handling.

8.3. We collect: first and last name, address, contact details, information about orders and payments.

8.4. Security measures: encryption, server security.

8.5. The customer has the right: to access, correct, delete, restrict, transfer data, object, file a complaint with a supervisory authority.

8.6. Basis for processing: customer consent at the time of order. Withdrawal of consent may prevent the execution of the service.

§ 9. Safety and Age Restrictions

9.1. Sharp swords – use in accordance with their purpose, adhering to health and safety rules and protective measures (e.g., gloves, goggles).

9.2. Sale only to adults (≥ 18 years). In case of doubt – the right to request identification before execution.

§ 10. Final Provisions

10.1. Changes to the regulations: we reserve the right to make changes. The new version comes into effect on the date of publication on the website.

10.2. Applicable law: Polish. Any disputes are settled by the District Court in Kielce.

10.3. Invalidity of provisions: if one of the provisions becomes invalid, the remaining ones remain in force.

10.4. A copy of the regulations is available online; we recommend saving or printing it.

10.5. The sales contract is concluded at the moment the order is confirmed by the owner.

10.6. Responsibility: passes to the customer at the moment of delivery of the goods.

10.7. Customer obligations: providing accurate data and timely payment.
